"Pod Różą" Hotel in Cracow

The Hotel Pod Różą is one of the most renowned and luxurious places to stay in Kraków. This five-star establishment is located in the heart of the Old Town, in the former palace of Prosper Provana, courtier to Queen Bona. In 2020, the Hotel "under the Rose" underwent a comprehensive renovation and modernisation, which preserves the spirit of the historic site but introduces modern amenities and 21st century standards.

This four-storey Renaissance building welcomes its guests with a reception counter. This counter has been illuminated with lighting that greets each guest with elegance and warmth, creating a unique atmosphere from the first step into the hotel. This lighting was created using the bestselling PDS-4-ALU profile, now appearing in our range under the name PDS-4-Plus, guaranteeing not only aesthetics but also durability and quality. The PDS-4 profile has been integrated into the counter top so as to subtly accentuate the delicate copper panels, adding even more sophisticated charm and character to this room.

Under the glass roof, in the former palace courtyard, is an elegant restaurant with a charming bar. The bar has been done in the same elegant style as the reception area. Both areas maintain a consistency in décor, creating a harmonious atmosphere throughout the restaurant. The same materials, colours and details were used, along with lighting based on the PDS-4-ALU profile, to create an aesthetic that invites guests to relax both at the bar and in the reception area.
