360-degree light: The effect of "twisting" profiles

What is most intriguing about the FLUFF fixture is its spatial, seemingly free-form structure. The entire secret of its unique light emission lies in the precise bending and so-called "twisting" of the minimalist aluminium PIKO-DUO profile. Combined with the flexible, silicone BENCO-7 cover with a frosted finish, the fixture illuminates a 360° radius, softly filling the space and creating a spectacular, three-dimensional visual effect.

Systematised craftsmanship: Almost 90% shape repeatability

The impressive form with a diameter of 1600 mm consists of approximately 30 running metres of LED profiles. To achieve the final, sculptural shape, the profile undergoes as many as 55 bending and twisting operations. It would seem that such a complex, organic form would make scaling the project difficult. However, at KLUŚ, we have highly systematised this technological process. Thanks to the precise detailing of operations, we have managed to significantly increase production repeatability. We achieve nearly 90% shape reproduction accuracy with every order. The architect can be certain that the light sculpture they planned in their visualisation will be transferred into real space almost flawlessly.

Architectural discretion: A lightweight form and a minimalist mounting system

In good design, there is no room for unnecessary details. To ensure that the visual lightness of the fixture is not disturbed by massive mounting elements, FLUFF is a luminaire devoid of a traditional large structural base (such as a suspended ceiling or a huge ceiling rose). Instead, we have applied an elegant suspension on subtle, steel wire ropes. To maintain a flawlessly clean ceiling, the space for the power supply and the concealment of the power cables have been moved to dedicated accessories – the BOX M canopy. This eliminates the need for heavy ceiling roses and allows the minimalist character of the installation to be maintained.

Parameters tailored to market requirements: The highly anticipated matte white

FLUFF is much more than technology – it is a precisely designed response to the dynamic needs and high aesthetic requirements of modern architecture. We have ensured that the quality of the emitted light is uncompromising: a high colour rendering index (CRI 90+) ensures that colours within the interior retain their natural depth and authenticity. The fixture adapts with extraordinary plasticity to the mood of the designed space, thanks to a wide palette of available shades of white, among which the reference colours of 3000K and 4000K allow for the precise creation of the desired atmosphere – from a warm, soothing climate to professional, stimulating lighting. Regardless of the building's level of technical advancement, FLUFF works seamlessly with both intelligent DALI control systems and standard ON/OFF installations.

Our palette of finishes is a direct dialogue with the latest trends in design. Alongside timeless anodised silver and deep, elegant black, we are introducing a matte white variant. This is our response to clear signals from the market – designers have been looking for a texture that subtly absorbs light and blends almost seamlessly into the bright, modern surfaces of matte ceilings.

The official debut of the FLUFF fixture during the Light+Building 2026 fair in Frankfurt was the moment when our vision of "Inspiring Solutions" took its most spectacular shape. It was there that FLUFF became the heart of our exhibition, attracting the attention of hundreds of designers looking for lighting that boldly goes beyond conventional patterns. Its organic silhouette aroused genuine enthusiasm, proving that in modern architecture there is still a huge need to combine sculptural freedom with technological discipline. The positive reactions and energy we received directly in Frankfurt are the best confirmation for us that FLUFF is a tool that genuinely allows the most daring visions of space to be brought to life.
