Mustek Parallel Station

The design and implementation of lighting for the cafe located in the heart of Prague was a great challenge. During the day the lamps were to serve as the main lighting, while at night they should decorate the club and emphasize its warm atmosphere.

To obtain the intended functions, we divided the lighting into several circuits. In the case of horizontally mounted JAZ-DUO lighting fixtures, we split the upper light towards the ceiling and the lower light towards the room into two independent circuits. This enabled independent control of two light sources in one fixture. The third circuit is intended for vertical JAZ-DUO lighting fixtures, providing double-sided illumination. Such a configuration allows the customer to create atmospheric or fully functional lighting, depending on their needs.

The installation of suspended lighting required high precision due to the presence of antique stucco ornaments in the ceiling. Despite a lot of surface wiring, the subtle appearance of the electrical installation has been preserved with the use of transparent cables and JAZ-DUO-N-OTW end caps. As planned, the JAZ-DUO suspended lighting fixtures became the dominant element, which made the interior unique. Wall lighting was implemented using numerous JAZ lighting fixtures.
