Stairs and handrails lighting
Staircases are present in almost every larger building and in many of them they fulfill representative functions. This is why LED backlight lighting is increasingly popular in them, as well as corner LED profiles and LED profiles trimmed at a 90-degree angle. Thanks to this, the simple space connecting the floors becomes colorful and elegant.

Staircases often perform representative functions. That is why stairs and handrails are more and more often backlit with LEDs. A dedicated profile for tubular stainless steel handrails is POR. Its great advantage is the ease of assembly and disassembly thanks to the "klik"-system.

The PDS-4-ALU profile can be integrated into steps and handrails made of wood. The light source is completely hidden and only the light emphasizes the placement of the stairs.

When stair steps form a kind of niche, in these narrow spaces you can build profiles dedicated to niches, such as NISA-KON. The stairs will be illuminated in a gentle and ambient way.

To illuminate irregular surfaces with intersecting edges, we recommend the use of small, universal profiles such as MICRO-ALU. This profile can have many functions: a recessed LED profile, a profile for mounting in niches, an angled joint profile and a bendable profile.

An important aspect of lighting staircases is to ensure safety. LED stair lighting with the STEPUS profile will minimize the risk of tripping and slipping and will also protect the edges of the steps.

Stairs can be lit by embedding single fixtures into the wall. The OBIT profile was created for this very purpose. It has an irregular shape, thanks to which the light source remains hidden and does not emit glare, instead the lighting fixture emits a gentle reflected light.
